Residential Case Manager – FT CILA Position available. Provide rehabilitation services, develop treatment plans/assessments and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Assist clients in development of independent living skills. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Service Field plus minimum 1 year experience in Mental Health field.  Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, including providing transportation in personal and agency vehicles to local and long distance appointments on occasion. Ability to administer CPR and emergency first aid. Must have valid Illinois driver’s license and automobile. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., 40 hour work week.

Mental Health Professional – FT, Crisis ResidentialPosition available. Provide rehabilitation services, contribute to and develop treatment plans and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Service Field or five years experience in Mental Health field.  Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, and to administer CPR.  Must have valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance and automobile. Hours: Sunday - Thursday 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. 

Mental Health Professional – PT, Multiple positions available.  Provide rehabilitation services, contribute to and develop treatment plans and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Service Field or five years experience in Mental Health field.  Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, and to administer CPR.  Must have valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance and automobile. 

     HUD - Hours: M- F, 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

     HUD - Hours: Saturday & Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

     Crisis Residential - Hours: Saturday 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. & Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Mental Health Professional – Pool, Crisis Residential Position available.  Provide rehabilitation services, contribute to and develop treatment plans and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Service Field or five years experience in Mental Health field.  Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, and to administer CPR.  Must have valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance and automobile.  Hours: shifts as needed, primarily overnights 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and/or any shift on weekends.

Medical Records Specialist – PT, Office & Operations Position available.  File, distribute, maintain, close and assemble all medical records.  Scan and retrieve documents through electronic system.  Process requests for materials from medical records. Qualifications:  High school graduate or equivalent.  Excellent clerical and organizational skills.  Basic computer skills including knowledge of Windows.  Ability to lift and /or move up to 10 pounds.  Hours: 25 hours weekly, Monday – Friday, flexible day time hours.

Emergency Therapist – Pool, PEP (primarily overnight) Position available. Provide emergency assessments and crisis intervention to adults and children at hospital emergency department in Elgin.  Arrange psychiatric hospitalization and referrals as necessary. Qualifications:  Masters degree in social services, social work or counseling required.  Hours:  Shifts as needed, primarily overnight.

Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – PT Psychiatric healthcare provider to see new and established patients for diagnosis, evaluation and medication management. Prescribe psychotropic medication consistent with accepted standards of care. Implement treatment strategies and refer to various disciplines and treatments within the agency. Develop professional and caring relationship with clients. Document clinical notes in the electronic medical record. Qualifications: Illinois Licensed Physician, Board Eligible/Certified in Psychiatry, current DEA license; OR Master's Degree in Nursing as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse. Current licensure in the State of Illinois. Prescriptive authority with a current DEA license. Hours: 24-28 hours/week, 3 or 4 day per week schedule.
