Billing Office Assistant – FT, Business Office Position available. Verify client insurance coverage, benefit levels, and income.  Complete fee share agreements.  Data enter client billing and insurance information; review client accounts for billing concerns and updates.  Post client and insurance payments to client accounts. Qualifications:  High School graduate or equivalent.  Must have experience in a medical office setting, with good working knowledge of health insurance. Billing experience strongly preferred.  Must have good attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Hours: 35 hour workweek, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.


Therapist – PT- Bilingual Spanish, Community Counseling Position available. Qualifications: Master’s degree in human service field and experience providing individual therapy to adults. Bilingual Spanish required; LCSW or LCPC licensure preferred. Must be able to work independently. Hours:  flexible with some late afternoons/evenings; every other Saturday is required.

Vocational Case Manager – FT, HUD Position available. Provide side-by-side supports and/or training for skill development, which may include assistance with temporary job coaching, vocational readiness, support with educational pursuits, public transportation, and budgeting.  Provide education and assistance with the effects of work upon the consumers Social Security Administration benefits (SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, and Medicare). Coordinate and collaborate with other vocational agencies in providing job opportunities and assistance as needed for the consumer.  Provide and document rehabilitation services, assist in development of treatment plans/assessments and manage crisis for residential clients. Responsible for medication monitoring. Assist clients in development of independent living and job readiness skills. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Service Field plus minimum one year mental health experience. Vocational experience a plus. Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, including providing transportation in personal and agency vehicles to local and long distance appointments on occasion, and ability to administer CPR. Must have valid Illinois driver’s license and automobile. Hours: Monday – Friday, 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., 35 hour workweek.
