 Intake Specialist/Assessment - FT, Case Management Position available. Handle inquiries related to mental health services including completing intake forms, scheduling assessments and providing referrals for services elsewhere. Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and re-assessments. Develop goal oriented ITP’s that are strength-based and recovery oriented on all assigned clients as required. Provide accurate, quality documentation within a maximum of 48 hours after service delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service field and minimum 1 year clinical experience. Must have a valid Illinois driver's license, auto insurance and automobile.  Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 35 hour workweek.

Administrative Assistant – FT, Executive Position available. Provide support to the CEO and Management Team members by populating and aggregating reports, maintaining agency surveys and agreements, preparing/distributing/collecting information, performing various administrative and clerical tasks, and assisting in advocacy, educational and research projects. Provide Board and Foundation support by scheduling, organizing, preparing, distributing and collecting meeting related and other information. Provide support to Director of Resource Development and Events Manager by maintaining donor databases and mailing lists, preparing donor thank you letters and providing fundraising and event support including recordkeeping, reservations and various clerical assistance. Qualifications: High school graduate required; additional education in office procedures, equipment and computer software is helpful. Three years office work experience including typing, maintaining statistics, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and electronic file storage. Excellent computer skills including internet, e-mail and Microsoft: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent attention to detail with good spelling and proofreading skills and excellent clerical, organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Must be diplomatic and personable in contact with board members, agency representatives and other community people, and able to maintain confidential information.  Hours: Monday – Friday, some flexibility in starting/ending times, 35 hour work week.

 Staff Nurse – FT, Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic Position available. Provide support to Psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioner. Monitor and manage nursing line voicemails. Manage medication samples. Provide nursing support for admissions and discharges to on-sight 24-hour crisis residential program. Prepare and administer injectable psychotropic medications. Qualifications: RN with current unrestricted Illinois license. BSN preferred but not required. AAS Degree and currently in or accepted to start RN to BSN program considered. Psychiatric and mental health nursing experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish a plus. Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; 34 hour workweek.

Group Facilitator-PT, PSR Position available. Develop, deliver and document group therapy for the purpose of teaching a variety of recovery oriented skills to enable community integration. Perform supportive counseling as needed. Coordinate and oversee activities as needed. Supervise student interns. Qualifications:  Master’s degree in social services, social work or counseling and one year mental health experience required.  Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults and have high energy, patience, and skill in establishing relationships. Hours: 21 hour workweek: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:30a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

 Mental Health Professional –PT Multiple positions available. Provide rehabilitation services, contribute to and develop treatment plans and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field or five years’ experience in Mental Health field. Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, and to administer CPR.  Must have valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance and automobile.  HUD- Hunters Ridge:

 Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (18 hours weekly)

SRP – Supervised Residential

 Saturday 3:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. (8 hours weekly)

 Saturday, 11:30 p.m. – Sunday, 7:30 a.m. (8 hours weekly)

 (Would consider Saturday 3:30 p.m. - Sunday 7:30 a.m., 16 hours weekly)

 Vocational Case Manager – FT, HUD - Hunters Ridge Position available. Provide side-by-side supports and/or training for skill development, which may include assistance with temporary job coaching, vocational readiness, support with educational pursuits, public transportation, and budgeting.  Provide education and assistance with the effects of work upon the consumers Social Security Administration benefits (SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, and Medicare). Coordinate and collaborate with other vocational agencies in providing job opportunities and assistance as needed for the consumer.  Provide and document rehabilitation services, assist in development of treatment plans/assessments and manage crisis for residential clients. Responsible for medication monitoring. Assist clients in development of independent living and job readiness skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field plus minimum one year mental health experience. Vocational experience a plus. Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, including providing transportation in personal and agency vehicles to local and long distance appointments on occasion, and ability to administer CPR. Must have valid Illinois driver’s license and automobile. Hours: Monday – Friday, 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., 35 hour workweek.
