Mental Health Professional - FT, SRP Position available. Provide rehabilitation services, contribute to and develop treatment plans and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Service Field or five years experience in Mental Health field.  Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, and to administer CPR.  Must have valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance and automobile. Hours:  Monday - Friday, 3:30 – 11:30 p.m., 40 hour workweek.

Intake Specialist - FT Position available.  Handle all inquiries related to mental health services including completing assessments (intake forms), scheduling assessments and providing referrals for services elsewhere.  Compile data and statistics.  Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Service field required.  Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults. Hours:  Monday - Friday, 9:00 – 5:00, 35 hour workweek.

Consumer Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) – PT, Community Support Team (CST) Position available. Connect clients to resources and services, maintain ongoing involvement with clients to promote stabilization in their community, assist in developing natural community supports, and in recapturing their daily living skills. Provide individual counseling and group work, and advocate for clients as needed. Provide accurate, quality and timely documentation. Qualifications: CRSS certification, knowledge of how to coordinate and integrate delivery of services, ability to administer CPR and emergency first aid. Must have valid Illinois drivers license and automobile. Hours: Monday - Thursday 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m., 16 hour workweek.

Therapist – PT- Bilingual Spanish, Community Counseling Program Position available. Qualifications: Master’s degree in human service field with experience providing individual therapy to adults and children/adolescents. Must be bilingual Spanish. LCP or LSW licensure required.  Must be able to work independently.  Hours: to be determined; flexible 15-20 hours per week with some late afternoons/evenings.     

Therapist – PT - Bilingual Spanish  Position available. Part time mental health counseling for HIV positive individuals. This position will be primarily subcontracted to a health clinic and will include working at two sites, one day in Elgin and one day in Aurora. Qualifications: Master’s degree in human service field and minimum two years experience providing individual therapy to adults. LCSW or LCPC licensure required. Bilingual Spanish required. Must be able to work independently. Hours: approx. 15 hours weekly, 2 days/week with flexibility in scheduled hours.

Therapist – Full Time - Bilingual Spanish Position available. Qualifications: Master’s degree in human service field with experience providing individual therapy to adults and children/adolescents. This position will be subcontracted 2 days/week to a health clinic for HIV positive individuals. Must be bilingual Spanish. LCSW or LCPC licensure required. Must be able to work independently. Hours: to be determined; flexible 35 hours per week with some late afternoons/evenings; 1 day per week in Aurora, 4 days in Elgin. $34.00 - $36.00 hourly depending on experience.

Hours:

Crisis Residential - Part Time: Monday - Thursday, 1:00 - 4:15 p.m. (13 hrs. weekly)

CILA - Part Time: Saturday, 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. (Friday overnight)

SRP – Part Time: Saturday, 11:30 p.m. – Sunday, 7:30 a.m.

SRP - Pool:  8 hour shifts as needed; must be available to work at least 2 shifts monthly.
