Psychiatrist – PT, Psychiatry Clinic Position available. See new and established patients for diagnosis, evaluation and medication management. Document clinical notes in electronic medical record; use electronic prescribing system. Qualifications: Illinois licensed physician with psychiatry specialty. Hours: Flexible 4 – 12 hours weekly; M-F  day and evening hours are available.

Therapist, LCSW – PT, Elgin Therapy Position available. Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapies on a regular basis, meeting established standards. Complete Comprehensive Assessments, goal oriented Individual Treatment Plans, and quality documentation which includes progress notes and other relevant information for the client’s medical records. Qualifications: LCSW licensed therapist with experience providing individual therapy to adults and children. Must be able to work independently and have good computer skills. Bilingual Spanish a plus. Hours: Flexible 8 – 20 hours weekly; weekday, Saturday and evening hours are available.

Bilingual Case Manager - FT, Case Management Position available. Assist adults with persistent or recurrent mental illness live independently in the community via locating housing, food & transportation resources, applying for entitlements, providing counseling and life skill training and advocating for the client's needs. Complete Mental Health Assessments, DLA and LOCUS, and develop goal oriented ITPs that are strength-based and recovery oriented on all assigned clients as required. Provide assistance with walk-in intakes as needed, as well as outreach in emergency situations. Provide accurate, quality documentation within a maximum of 48 hours after service delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service field and minimum 1year clinical experience, including crisis intervention and stabilization. Ability to read, write and speak Spanish fluently. Must have valid Illinois driver's license, auto insurance and automobile.  Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 35 hour work week.

Mental Health Professional – FT, Supervised Residential Position available. Provide rehabilitation services, contribute to and develop treatment plans and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field or five years’ experience in Mental Health field; must have good computer skills. Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, and to administer CPR.  Must have valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance and automobile. Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:300 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., 40 hour work week.

Staff Nurse – PT, Clinic Position available. Assist providers, administer injections, and respond to patient calls and inquiries. Qualifications: RN with current Illinois license. Psychiatric nursing experience required; bilingual Spanish a plus. Hours: Tuesday 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (8 hours per week). POSITION MAY BE COMBINED with Staff Nurse – PT, Crisis Residential.

Staff Nurse – PT, Crisis Residential Position available. Counsel, coordinate treatment plans, and manage crises for assigned clients. Assess/evaluate and treat minor medical problems for Crisis Residential clients, and assist in scheduling medical appointments and lab tests in the community when necessary. Qualifications: valid Illinois RN License.  Nursing experience in a mental health setting preferred. Must have valid Illinois driver’s license, automobile and auto insurance. Hours: Sunday 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (8 hours per week). POSITION MAY BE COMBINED with Staff Nurse – PT, Clinic.

Mental Health Professional – PT 2 Positions available. Provide rehabilitation services, contribute to and develop treatment plans and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field or five years’ experience in Mental Health field; must have good computer skills. Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Supervised Residential: Saturday overnight, 11:30 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. (8 hours weekly)

Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field or five years’ experience in Mental Health field; must have good computer skills. Willingness to work scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, and to administer CPR.  Must have valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance and automobile. Hours: Hours and shifts vary depending on need, usually 2 shifts per month; availability for overnight and/or weekend shifts is desirable.

Billing Office Assistant – FT Position available. Verify client insurance coverage and benefits. Verify client income and complete Fee Share Agreements. Data entry of client billing and insurance information. Post client and insurance payments and balance payments daily. Analyze denials & refunds and take appropriate steps for correction and resubmission. Review client accounts for billing errors, updates, and issue adjustments as needed. Qualifications: High School degree required; college degree preferred. Bilingual, Spanish preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a medical office setting with medical claims and processing denials. Possess a working knowledge of medical insurance terminology. Proficiency in Microsoft: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem solving skills; able to anticipate problems/solve them as they occur. Thorough; attention to detail. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40 hours per week).

Human Resources Specialist – FT, Business Office Position available. Post open positions internally and externally on job boards, website, schools, chambers and other media; screen and forward qualified candidates to hiring supervisors. Ensure all applicant and new hire paperwork is completed and returned. Enter electronic personnel record information into Payroll/HRIS and credentialing databases, follow up on missing employee and intern records, and provide notification of upcoming events. Review employee time records, manage payroll garnishments, and coordinate with Accounting & Payroll Specialist each payroll period. Respond to employee inquiries, and perform various HR recordkeeping and reporting. Conduct new hire background checks and orientation, perform benefits enrollment, update staff authorizations, and perform other essential HR, Payroll and clerical functions on a back-up basis. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field; three years human resources generalist work experience, including recruitment. Must be highly detail oriented, organized, have excellent computer and clerical skills. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, be discreet, and able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 with some flexibility (40 hours per week).
