Therapist, LCSW – PT, Therapy Position available. Qualifications: Master’s degree in human service field and experience providing individual therapy to children ages 5-17 and adults. Must have an active IL license as an LCSW. Must be able to work independently and have good computer skills. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Hours: 20-25 hours weekly; weekday hours are flexible, evenings and Saturdays available.

Mental Health Professional –PT  Positions available. Provide rehabilitation services, contribute to and develop treatment plans and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field or five years’ experience in Mental Health field and must have good computer skills. Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, and to administer CPR.  Must have valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance and automobile. Please specify which schedule is of interest.

Hours:

Crisis Residential:

Every other Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (8 hours every other week)

HUD – Abbott

Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 a.m. – 6 p.m. (18 hours weekly)

Human Resources Coordinator – FT, Business Office Position available. Post open positions internally and externally on job boards, website, schools, chambers and other media; screen and forward qualified candidates to hiring supervisors. Ensure all applicant and new hire paperwork is completed and returned. Enter electronic personnel record information into Payroll/HRIS and credentialing databases, follow up on missing employee and intern records, and provide notification of upcoming events. Review employee time records, manage payroll garnishments, administer FMLA and other leaves, and coordinate with Accounting & Payroll Specialist each payroll period. Handle employee injury reports and Workers Compensation claims. Respond to employee inquiries, and perform various HR recordkeeping and reporting. Conduct new hire background checks and orientation, perform benefits enrollment, update staff authorizations, make ID badges, and perform other essential HR and Payroll functions on a back-up basis. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field; three years human resources generalist work experience, including recruitment. Must be highly detail oriented, organized, have excellent computer and clerical skills. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, be discreet, and able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision. Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 5:00 with some flexibility.
