Therapist – PT- Bilingual Spanish, Community Counseling Position available. Qualifications: Master’s degree in human service field and experience providing individual therapy to adults. Bilingual Spanish required; LCSW or LCPC licensure preferred. Must be able to work independently. Hours:  flexible with some late afternoons/evenings; every other Saturday is required. 

Consumer Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) – PT, Community Support Team (CST) Position available. Connect clients to resources and services, maintain ongoing involvement with clients to promote stabilization in their community, assist in developing natural community supports, and in recapturing their daily living skills. Provide individual counseling and group work, and advocate for clients as needed. Provide accurate, quality and timely documentation. Qualifications: CRSS certification, or ability to become certified within 12 months of hire. Knowledge of how to coordinate and integrate delivery of services, ability to administer CPR and emergency first aid. Must have valid Illinois driver’s license and automobile. Hours: flexible 7 hour workweek. 

Assessment Coordinator– FT, Case Management Position available. Provide daily leadership/clinical consultation, training and assistance to BA level assessment specialists and all team members as assigned. Assign to self and staff assessments to be completed. Review and sign all assessments. Complete “Meds Only” and Therapy treatment plans, annual re-assessments for caseload, assessments as scheduled and LOCUS assessments as required. Assist in developing services to a caseload of clients, provide therapy to assigned clients and actively participate in clinical supervision. Participate in developing goal oriented ITPs on all assigned clients; evaluate consumers for appropriate services and make all necessary referrals, both inside and outside the agency. Qualifications: Master’s degree in human service field required; some clinical experience required, two years preferred. Hours: 35 hour workweek, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Mental Health Professional – PT Several positions available. Provide rehabilitation services, contribute to and develop treatment plans and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field or five years’ experience in Mental Health field. Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, and to administer CPR.  Must have valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance and automobile. Hours:

Crisis Residential:

Every other Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (8 hours every other week)

Supervised Residential:

Sunday 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (8 hours every week)
