Residential Coordinator FT HUD Position available. Position is 75% administrative and 25% direct service with on-call responsibilities. Provide supervision and clinical oversight for staff to ensure daily operations of apartments run smoothly. Complete counseling, crisis intervention, and clinical documentation as needed. Qualifications: Master’s degree and experience working with mentally ill adults, LCPC/LCSW. Supervisory experience in residential care a plus. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. –4:00 p.m. with some flexibility; evenings/weekends as needed. 

Mental Health Professional – PT SAP  Position available.  Provide rehabilitation services, contribute to and develop treatment plans and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Service Field or five years experience in Mental Health field.  Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, and to administer CPR.  Must have valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance and automobile. Hours: Saturday & Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., 18 hour work week.

Mental Health Professional – Pool (as needed) SRP  Position available.  Provide rehabilitation services, contribute to and develop treatment plans and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Service Field or five years experience in Mental Health field.  Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, and to administer CPR.  Must have valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance and automobile. Hours: 8 hour shifts as needed; must be available to work at least 2 shifts monthly.

Therapist – PT - Bilingual Spanish  Position available. Part time mental health counseling for HIV positive individuals. This position will be primarily subcontracted to a health clinic and will include working at two sites, in Elgin and in Aurora. Qualifications: Master’s degree in human service field and minimum two years experience providing individual therapy to adults. LCSW or LCPC licensure required. Bilingual Spanish required. Must be able to work independently. Hours: approx. 15 hours weekly, with flexibility in scheduled hours.

Staff Nurse – PT - Crisis Residential, 2 positions available.  Set up and distribute medication for clients.  Counsel, coordinate treatment plans, and manage crises for assigned clients. Assess/evaluate and treat minor medical problems for Crisis Residential clients, and assist in scheduling medical appointments and lab tests in the community when necessary.  Qualifications:  valid Illinois RN License.  Nursing experience required; behavioral health experience preferred.  Must have valid Illinois driver’s license. Hours: Saturday - Sunday (nights) 8:30 p.m. – 8:30 a.m. (24 hour work week) OR Monday - Friday (evenings) 7:00 p.m. – 12:00 midnight (25 hour work week).
