PSR Supervisor – FT, PSR Position available. Provide supervision and clinical oversight to full time, part time and multiple Master’s level and Bachelor’s level intern staff to ensure daily operations of PSR Program. Develop and oversee the clinical direction of an outcome driven group therapy program and an activity & wellness center. Develop clinical curriculum and deliver multiple community support and therapeutic groups and activities for adults with mental illnesses. Manage PSR admission, utilization review, reauthorization and discharge policies and procedures. Monitor and maintain productivity goals of staff. Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleges for internship candidates; maintain quality internship program. Qualifications: Master’s degree in human service field with LCSW or LCPC licensure required; minimum two years’ experience in outcome driven individual and group therapy and relevant supervisory/administrative experience. Must have valid Illinois driver's license, auto insurance and automobile.  Hours: 35 hour workweek, Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 3:30.

Residential Case Manager – HUD Leasing Position available. Provide rehabilitation services, develop treatment plans/ assessments and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Assist clients in development of independent living skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field plus minimum one year mental health experience. Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, including providing transportation in personal and agency vehicles to local and long distance appointments on occasion. Ability to administer CPR and emergency first aid. Must have valid Illinois driver’s license and automobile. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., 35 hour work week.

Intensive CST Case Manager – FT, Community Support Team (CST) Position available. Identify the services or programs that will best meet clients’ needs and incorporate them into treatment plan. Provide rehabilitation services, develop treatment plan/assessments and manage crises for clients. Assist clients in recapturing their daily living skills, obtaining/maintaining entitlements, finding housing, developing natural community supports, etc. A minimum of 65% of work time will be in direct service to clients including case management, medication monitoring, medication training, community support group and/or individual, and individual counseling.  Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human services field with minimum 1 year clinical experience. Experience in crisis intervention and stabilization, knowledge of how to coordinate and integrate delivery of services. Ability to administer CPR and emergency first aid. Must have valid Illinois driver’s license and automobile. Hours: Tuesday - Friday 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., Saturday 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. plus on call responsibilities Thursday – Saturday and alternating Wednesdays; 32 hour workweek + on-call.

Mental Health Professional – Pool, SRP Position available. Provide rehabilitation services, contribute to and develop treatment plans and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Service Field or five years experience in Mental Health field.  Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, and to administer CPR.  Must have valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance and automobile. Hours:  8 hour shifts as needed, must be available to work at least 2 shifts monthly.
