Psychiatrist – PT  Position available.Part time psychiatrist needed for busy outpatient community mental health clinic. See new and established patients for diagnosis, evaluation and medication management. Document clinical notes in electronic medical record; use electronic prescribing system. Hours: Flexible 6 – 20 hours weekly, Monday – Friday; no weekends, holidays, night or on-call work. 

Residential Coordinator FT SAP Position available. Position is 75% administrative and 25% direct service with on-call responsibilities. Provide supervision and clinical oversight for staff to ensure daily operations of apartments run smoothly. Complete counseling, crisis intervention, and clinical documentation as needed. Qualifications: Master’s degree and experience working with mentally ill adults, LCPC/LCSW. Supervisory experience in residential care a plus. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with some flexibility; evenings/weekends as needed; 35 hour workweek.

Emergency Therapist – FT, PEP Position available. Provide emergency assessments and crisis intervention to adults and children at hospital emergency department in Elgin.  Arrange psychiatric hospitalization and referrals as necessary. Qualifications:  Master’s Degree in social services, social work or counseling required. Some crisis work experience preferred. Hours: 34.5 hour workweek: Saturday 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, Sunday 12:00midnight – 10:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. – 12:00 midnight, Monday 12:00midnight – 10:30 a.m. and 10 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, Tuesday 12:00midnight – 10:30 a.m. 

Billing Office Assistant – FT, Business Office Position available. Verify client insurance coverage, benefit levels, and income.  Complete fee share agreements.  Data enter client billing and insurance information; review client accounts for billing concerns and updates.  Post client and insurance payments to client accounts. Qualifications:  High School graduate or equivalent.  Must have experience in a medical office setting, with working knowledge of health insurance and billing.  Must have good attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Hours: 35 hour workweek, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Therapist – PT- Bilingual Spanish, Community Counseling Position available. Qualifications: Master’s degree in human service field and experience providing individual therapy to adults. Bilingual Spanish required; LCSW or LCPC licensure preferred. Must be able to work independently. Hours:  flexible with some late afternoons/evenings; every other Saturday is required.

Mental Health Professional – PT Several positions available. Provide rehabilitation services, contribute to and develop treatment plans and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field or five years’ experience in Mental Health field. Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, and to administer CPR.  Must have valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance and automobile. Crisis Residential: Saturdays 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (8 hours weekly)

Crisis Residential: Every other Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (8 hours every other week)

Supervised Residential: Every other Saturday 11:30 p.m. – Sunday 7:30 a.m. (8 hours every other week)

Supervised Residential: Fridays 11:30 p.m. – Saturday 7:30 a.m. (8 hours weekly)
