To make all other appointments, or for more information,
call 847-695-0484 between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

During evening, weekend and holiday hours and in emergencies,
calls will be directed to the Psychiatric Emergency Program (PEP) at 847-888-2211.
