Fees for services are based on family size and income.  Proof of income is required to qualify for a reduced fee.  This includes Medicaid or Medicare cards.  SSI and/or SSD award letters, or the last two check stubs from your employer.  All clients must also provide the most current year's income tax return.  In lieu of a tax return, you must complete a form requesting a transcript of your tax return or proof of non-filing from the Internal Revenue Service.  If the you have no current income, but a friend or relative is providing basic life sustaining support and is willing to write a letter stating that, you may qualify for a reduced fee but must also provide tax information as above.

The Ecker Center contracts with a few HMO's and managed health care providers.  Insurance, Medicaid, Public Aid, and other forms of third-party payments are accepted.  VISA and MasterCard are also accepted.
