Calling Ecker's Intake Line is the first step to receive treatment at any of our locations.  Our Intake & Assessment Team provides treatment recommendations and referrals to individuals who need mental health, substance use disorder, and/or gambling disorder services.

What to Expect During the Intake Process

Our Intake Team acts as the first contact for new clients by returning calls on our Intake Line and meeting with clients to get started.  Our Assessment Team provides Mental Health Assessments, Reassessments, and Individual Treatment Planning.


New clients need to provide insurance information, proof of income, and a photo ID.  The next step is to complete new client intake paperwork and speak with an Intake/Assessment Specialist.  Following the assessment, clients receive treatment recommendations based on their individual needs.
