Our DUI Program Services
Ecker Center offers a full continuum of care tailored to your legal and clinical needs:
DUI Evaluations & Updated Evaluations
A state-mandated assessment including risk screening, BAC review, driving history, collateral check, and written summary.
Who it's for: Anyone arrested for DUI, DWI, or similar drug/alcohol offenses.
Risk Education Classes (10 hours)
Five 2-hour weekly classes covering addiction effects, risk reduction, and safe driving.
Who it's for: Clients assessed at Minimal, Moderate, or Significant Risk.
Treatment Needs Assessments & Waivers
A clinical review to confirm or adjust service recommendations. Formal waivers available if treatment is not indicated.
Who it's for: Clients seeking clarification or court-required documentation.
Early Intervention (Level I)
Brief, targeted counseling to reinforce positive change.
Who it's for: Moderate-risk clients.
Individual Counseling & Group Treatment (Levels II–III)
Structured therapy including relapse prevention, drug testing, and progress tracking.
Who it's for: Moderate-, Significant-, or High-risk clients.
Continuing Care
Monthly check-ins to support long-term recovery following primary treatment.

What to Expect
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Call or use our online form.
Most appointments available within one week.
2. Attend Your Evaluation
Bring a photo ID, DUI ticket/complaint, driving abstract (if available), and insurance/payment info. Appointments last 1.5–2 hours.
3. Receive Your Results
Your written summary and care recommendations will be ready the same day or within 24 hours.
4. Start Services
Risk Education groups start weekly. Counseling and group sessions available daytime or evenings.
5. We Handle the Paperwork
We submit all forms, updates, and completion letters directly to your attorney, the court, and the Secretary of State — at no additional cost.
